Spaghetti Carbonara

Serves two.

Time: 15-20 minutes.

Preparation

  1. Cook spaghetti in boiling water with two pinches of salt and a glug of olive oil for 8-10 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, whisk eggs and grated cheeses.
  3. Fry lardons with crushed garlic in butter for seven minutes.
  4. Add the peas to the spaghetti with five minutes to go.
  5. When cooked, almost fully drain spaghetti and add it to the pan with lardons and garlic.
  6. Lower the heat, add the egg and cheese mixture, and mix well.
  7. Season with black pepper and salt to taste, and serve.
