Lentils
Two servings as a side.
Time: 10 minutes.
Ingredients
- 150g red lentils
- Some water
- 2 pinches of salt
- Some paprika
- More garam masala
Preparation
- Pour boiled water over the lentils to cover twice the height of the lentils in the pan. Add salt and spices to taste.
- Bring to the boil and cook for 8-10 minutes until almost losing shape.
- (Optional) Look yourself hard in the mirror to see if you really needed this recipe.
